Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Counter Notification

If you believe your material was wrongly taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. The notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury regarding the removal being a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.
